I was born in Trondheim, Norway but grew up in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and spent some years living in Tunisia, North Africa. I have always been fascinated about the way cities function and found environmental technology in the developing world very interesting. Therefore, I chose to pursue Environmental Engineering at Georgia Tech.

Conducted research to identify possible ways of implementing sustainable and green construction strategies in infrastructures and create minimum waste while utilising renewable energy.

Presented a third-party paper with suggested recommendation that would improve the environmental impact.
Shadow Intern - Black Lion Specialised Hospital

Shadowed doctors inside ward rooms, Intensive Care Units, minor and major surgeries. Developed professional skills including adaptability, self-motivation, communication and interpersonal skills.
